  • Account Information: Email address and password (managed through Firebase Authentication)

  • Sneaker Collection Data: Information about your sneakers including:
    • Sneaker names, brands, models, and colorways
    • Purchase dates and prices
    • Photos you upload of your sneakers
    • Rest day tracking information
    • Closet names and descriptions
    • Personal notes and custom fields

2.2 Automatically Collected Information

When you use the App, we may automatically collect:

  • Device Information: Device type, operating system version, unique device identifiers
  • Usage Data: Features accessed, time spent in the App, search queries within the App
  • Log Data: IP address, app crashes, system activity, and other diagnostic data

2.3 Third-Party Data

  • StockX Product Data: When you search for sneakers using our StockX integration, we retrieve product information from StockX. This data is used solely to help you add sneakers to your collection and is not stored beyond your saved collection items.

  • Service Delivery: To provide, maintain, and improve the App's functionality
  • Account Management: To create and manage your user account
  • Data Storage: To store your sneaker collection data securely in Firebase
  • Product Search: To enable sneaker search through StockX integration

We share your information with third-party service providers who assist us in operating the App:

  • Firebase (Google): For authentication, database storage, and hosting services
  • StockX: Product search queries are sent to StockX's API to retrieve sneaker information

These service providers have access to your information only to perform specific tasks on our behalf and are obligated to protect your data.

We may disclose your information if required to do so by law or in response to valid requests by public authorities (e.g., court orders, subpoenas).

Your data is stored using Firebase services provided by Google. Firebase employs industry-standard security measures to protect your information.

When you use the product search feature, you interact with StockX's API. We are not responsible for StockX's privacy practices. Please review StockX's privacy policy for information on how they handle data.

If you are a parent or guardian and believe your child has provided us with personal information, please contact us at support@kickcycle.app, and we will delete such information.

10. Updates Over-the-Air

We may use Shorebird for over-the-air updates to the App. These updates may occur automatically and do not collect additional personal information beyond what is described in this Privacy Policy.

We reserve the right to update this Privacy Policy at any time. We will notify you of any changes by:

  • Updating the "Last Updated" date at the top of this Privacy Policy
  • Providing notice within the App or via email for material changes
